Billy Roc made his WCWA debut at A Fall From Grace, nearly besting Chris Hero in the opening contest of the Pay Per View. On the debut edition of Synthetic, Roc will be taking on a man who looks to make his first impact in WCWA. He's been signed to the roster for several months now, but his debut has been held off.. On the debut edition of Synthetic, it will be "Delicious" Darin Corbin battling "Pure Dynamite" Billy Roc!

Jimmy Jacobs has made less than a favorable impression in all his appearances in WCWA thus far, suffering a dasterdly concussion at the hands of Kurt Angle and a suplex into the ring post and a pinfall loss in under a minute in the Lucha Scramble match at A Fall From Grace. Jimmy Jacobs looks to redeem his name on the debut edition of Synthetic, but he is going to be battling blind, because he's facing a mystery opponent!

CM Punk's contract with World Championship Wrestling Alliance has run out and he has chosen not to renew the verbal contract, instead opting for the greener pastures and more money of World Wrestling Entertainment. In leaving, his International championship is vacated. On the debut edition of Synthetic, two of the four first round matches to crown the new International champion will take place, as deathmatch stand out "Diehard" Dustin Lee takes on Racoon City's favorite son, "Sexy" Chuck Taylor. This one promises to be a fast paced match between two long time foes.

LuFisto has proven she is more than capable of mixing it up with the guys, but how will she fair in the ring with the winner of the first WCWA King of the Death Match tournament?
