Very good and realistic opening video.
The little things make all the difference. Like Gertner doing the arm flapping thing.
Opening segment was just great. The definition of old school ECW.
Really good match between Tajiri & Guido. Great back and forth action with great supporting commentary.
Good Doring/Roadkill segment. Reminds me of a segment you wrote last time you did an ECW start up!
Good Raven promo.
and Sabu pretty much kills JT Smith. I had JT for the win, too.
Another very good Raven promo. You're capturing the original promo heavy ECW well.
Another very strong in ring promo from Awesome & Styles. a nice progression from ONS 05 to a running series is definately progressing.
And a promo from Lance & Justin. Very promo heavy.
Storm and Stevie was pretty good. I don't think anyone didn't see Storm beating Big Stevie Cool, but a decent macth regardless.
Interesting Eddie promo. If recent booking history teaches us anything though, it's avoid Gobbly Gookers.
Interesting debut for Matt Hardy.
No suprise Hardy was going over. A) It's Simon Diamond and B) Matt just re-debuted for a huge shock. No way he was going down.
Only 2 Dudleys is not very ECW like. Where is Dudley Dudley, Dances with Dudley, Big Dick Dudley, Luke Dudley, Butch Dudley, Spike Dudley, Sign Guy Dudley, and the rest of the Dudley clan?
And it took me longer to type up that Dudley tirade than to read the match!
Draw up real brackets :-P Use paint. It's easy
Rhino with a curse laden promo. Realistic.
Main event was good, a nice finish to the show.
I say stick with this series. You're past the hardest part, getting the debut out and getting the stories moving. Now it's just a matter of keeping those stories progressing and ya'know, actually writing the shows. Booking is in a slump right now, but without consistant bookers, it'll stay in a slump and eventually die off. Stick with it.
