Raw opened and the lights in the arena were off the arena was in complete darkness; Jim Ross’ voice welcomed everyone to the show but he was quickly drowned out from the ovation from the crowd…
DONG!!
DONG!!
The Undertaker stepped out onto the stage to a huge ovation from the crowd as the ringside area filled with smoke, The Undertaker slowly made his way down the ramp and into the ring for tonight’s opening contest.
Kane followed his brother out to another big ovation, Kane and The Undertaker waited for their opponents The Major Brothers to come out and when they did Brett Major had a microphone in hand…
Brett and Brian stayed at the top of the ramp while they addressed The Undertaker and Kane there was a different look to The Major’s tonight both had new purple tights on while Brett has his hair cut shorter and was wearing a silk purple scarf round his neck while Brian had a white opened up shirt on and his hair tied back in a alice band…
“The disrespect stops tonight!! WrestleMania… Stone Cold Steve Austin got into our business… last Friday on Smack Down Batista got into our business, tonight nobody is going to stop us from shocking the world!” – Brett Major
The Undertaker and Kane were getting impatient in the ring Referee Mickie Henson was calling for Brett and Brian to get into the ring but Brett held up his hand and told them to wait…
“We told the world we aren’t who you think we are… My name is NOT… Brett Major his name is NOT… Brian Major and we are NOT Brothers!!”
The Artists formerly known as The Major Brothers laughed with each other on the ramp before Brett? Passed Brian the microphone…
“It has always been our dream to be apart of the WWE so we believed pretending to be Brothers was easiest way through the door and we were right but playing this act, smiling baseball loving Brothers wasn’t working it wasn’t us!” – TAFKA Brian Major
“Baseball Sucks!” – TAFKA Brett Major
“Yes it does! So we confessed our sins to WWE Management and we were lucky to get away with just a stern telling off and a fine but in the long run it will be worth it because now we get to be ourselves and over time you people will get to learn more about us but tonight all you need to know is… I’m CURT HAWKINS!! He’s ZACK RYDER!! And together we are… CLUB MIDNIGHT!!
Curt Hawkins, Zack Ryder Club Midnight raised their arms in celebration quickly shared a hug before running down the ramp and sliding into the ring to face Kane and The Undertaker…
“JR do they think that because they have changed their names they can put an end to their long losing streak tonight and beat two former World Champions in Kane and The Undertaker!” – Jerry Lawler
“Stranger things have happened here in the WWE King, maybe just maybe this attitude change in Club Midnight will turn their careers around” – Jim Ross
Match 1.
Tag Team Division
The Undertaker and Kane V Club Midnight
Referee: Mickie Henson. Time Limit: 20 Minutes.
The Undertaker and Kane scored the victory but the match was a lot tougher than they ever could have expected because Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder took the fight to the Brothers of Destruction. Ryder and Hawkins ring style had changed a bit also less high flying but in the end Kane managed to take Ryder out of the match with a boot to the face on the ringside floor as Hawkins came off the top rope with a flying crossbody but Undertaker caught Hawkins lifted him over his shoulder and Undertaker spiked Curt Hawkins with his Tombstone which of course was enough for another victory for Undertaker and Kane.Tag Team Division
The Undertaker and Kane V Club Midnight
Referee: Mickie Henson. Time Limit: 20 Minutes.
Winners:
The Undertaker and Kane.[/center]Zack Ryder was leaning against the ring apron as Curt Hawkins rolled out of the ring, Hawkins and Ryder put their arms around each other and helped each other back up the ramp.
Kane joined Undertaker in the ring they just stood center ring staring at one another Undertaker’s music started to play and the fans were on their feet celebrating Kane and The Undertaker’s victory but Undertaker’s music cut off and was quickly replaced by some familiar music…
WWE Tag Team Champions Matt and Jeff Hardy, Hardy Boyz ran out on too the stage both wearing their own clothes. Jeff was holding his Championship while Matt had his other his Championship over his shoulder the elder Hardy also had a microphone in hand.
“HARDY’S! HARDY’S! HARDY’S!”
Hardy Boyz had gotten the attention off Kane and The Undertaker who had moved over to the ropes closest Matt and Jeff to hear what they had to say but Matt and Jeff were taking in the cheers from the crowd
“OK, first off we want to congratulate you on your victory but that’s not why were out here tonight! You see Kane, Undertaker we are big fans but we want to leave no doubt that we are the greatest tag team of all time so this is what we suggest… a few weeks ago you guys beat us via a disqualification so we want to right that wrong and we are offering to give you two a shot at our WWE Tag Team Titles at SATURDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT!!” – Matt Hardy
Kane liked the sound of that nodding his head time and again seemingly accepting the shot at the Tag Team Titles, Kane turned to The Undertaker slapped him on the chest and motioned for the WWE Tag Team Titles. Undertaker never was seen to respond but Kane told Matt and Jeff they were on! Jeff took the microphone from his brother…
“So were on? Well boys at Saturday Night’s Main Event were going to live for the moment and take it to the extreme to make sure we leave as the WWE Tag Team Champions will you be able to say the same!” – Jeff Hardy
Jeff and Matt raised their Tag Team Titles in the air before touching Titles as Kane and The Undertaker watched from the ring Undertaker was just standing next to the ropes as Kane stood center ring motioned for the WWE Tag Team Titles before raising his arms in the air before forcefully dropping them beside him causing fire to shoot from the top of all four ring posts!!
Saturday 3rd May 2008: Saturday Night’s Main Event: WWE Tag Team Championship: © Hardy Boyz V The Undertaker and Kane.
Jim Ross and Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler finally shown at ringside sitting behind the broadcast table J’R welcomed everyone to the show and immediately began hyping the rest of the show…
“What a hot start to Monday Night Raw, Ladies and Gentlemen we have already learned of a huge WWE Tag Team Championship match signed for Saturday Night’s Main Event but still to come we would hear a huge announcement concerning our next Pay Per View, WWE King of the Ring plus a huge Main Event has been signed for tonight!!” – Jim Ross
Tonight’s Main Event: None Title Match: WWE United States Champion: Rob Van Dam V Carlito…
“Last week on both Raw and Smack Down, Carlito made his intentions clear that he was coming after RVD’s WWE United States Championship and all credit to Rob Van Dam he has given Carlito his shot straight away” – Jim Ross
“J’R I’m really looking forward to tonight’s Main Event but up next J’R we are going to hear from the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion ‘The Game’ Triple H and for the first time since he lost the WWE Heavyweight Championship last week at WrestleMania we will hear from Triple H”. – Jerry Lawler
Video aired looking at the end of Smack Down this past Friday showing new WWE World Heavyweight Champion ‘The Animal’ Batista’s victory speech but Batista was quickly interrupted and disrespected by the then Major Brothers; Batista quickly tossed Brett Major over the top rope and planted Brian Major with a Spinebuster but THEN… Triple H snuck into the ring behind Batista with a sledgehammer in hand and HHH nailed Batista from behind in the back with the sledgehammer which dropped Batista to a knee, Triple H leaned into Batista’s face grabbed him by the cheeks before pulling Batista to his feet and spiking him with his Pedigree!! Triple H stood over Batista’s fallen body with his arms raised in celebration the video ended with Triple H staring down at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship while a Steel Cage flashed on the screen faintly behind the shot of Triple H standing over the fallen Animal…
Saturday 3rd May 2008: Saturday Night’s Main Event: Main Event: WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Steel Cage Match: © Batista V Triple H…
“Bow Down to the… Bow Down to the… Bow Down to the KING!”
Triple H stepped out on to the stage hiding his eyes behind some dark shades wearing jeans and his own Triple H tee. Randy Orton followed Triple H out on to the stage and Orton too was wearing jeans and a plain navy t-shirt. The fans were all over HHH and Orton as they made their way down the ramp and into the ring.
“WrestleMania was supposed to be THEIR night J’R but things never turned out like they had planned in the end!” (JL)
“Your right there partner Randy Orton failed to stand by his word and take the WWE United States Title from Rob Van Dam while Triple H failed to in his own words cement his place in history as the greatest of all time after he lost the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Batista” (JR)
Triple H and Randy Orton were both now in the ring HHH stepped back into the corner while Orton asked and received a microphone from Raw Ring Announcer Lillian Garcia. Orton paced around the ring thinking over what he was going to say but the fans were all over the ‘Legend Killer’ not giving him a second to think and it was clear Randy Orton was getting frustrated Orton looked at HHH who was leaning into the corner, Orton took a deep breath and composed himself…
“I have heard what you fans have had to say… I have heard the whispers backstage… I came out here stood in front of the world and proudly told you all that I was a man of my word I claimed too you all that I was the real, true uncrowned WWE United States Champion and… and I promised that Batista would never, NEVER!! Become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion but I was wrong” (RO)
“YOU SUCK… YOU SUCK!!”
“I do not suck! Shut your mouths… I now know that I am not ready to guarantee anything yet but that’s what I’m going to learn from that man there (points at HHH standing in the corner). You see when Triple H has finished with me when Triple H has done polishing this diamond there will come a time when I will be able to stand in front off you all and when I say something you will all know that it will happen and you will all learn that… I AM A MAN OF MAN WORD!!” (RO)
Orton just stared out into the crowd with a cold look in his eye before Triple H came up behind Orton and took the microphone from him as soon as Triple H took the microphone a huge Batista chant broke out around the arena but it just brought a smirk upon Triple H’s face…
“At WrestleMania, with the world watching on the biggest, grandest stage of them all as much as it pains me to say it… Batista did everything he said he was going to do. Batista beat me in the middle of the ring and took what I cherish most the WWE World Heavyweight Championship!” (HHH)
“BATISTA!! BATISTA!! BATISTA!!”
“I have no excuses Batista at WrestleMania you beat me and it hurts it hurts real bad but it was a one off and will never happen again because now Batista the game truly begins!! Maybe at WrestleMania karma top trumped fate but now you have nothing going for you Batista because you will learn how hard it is to be the best to be the measuring stick in the business you will learn how hard it is to be ‘The Game’. Batista as cliché as it sounds the hunter has now become the hunted it is easier to be a challenger, a contender than it is to be the Champion.”
Triple H walked around the ring took off his shades and showing his eyes and showing how serious he was…
“Look at the facts Batista here in the WWE there has been two WWE World Heavyweight Champions and both of them have lost the Championship in their first Title defence and Batista your first Title defence will be against me at Saturday Night’s Main Event inside a 15ft high Steel Cage!! Batista there is no escaping fate you have only delayed it and at Saturday Night’s Main Event when the smoke has cleared a Pedigree later Batista it will all be over and I will be standing above you once again the WWE World Heavyweight Champion!!” (HHH)
Triple H just dropped the microphone beside him, Randy Orton stood beside HHH both men shared a look at one another the fans were all over both Randy Orton and Triple H…
“Strong words here tonight from both Randy Orton and Triple H, both feel they have a point to prove and at Saturday Night’s Main Event Triple H will get his chance when he challenges ‘The Animal’ Batista for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a Steel Cage Match” (JR)
WWE Interviewer Todd Grisham was standing by backstage in the Interviewer area with one half of the World’s Greatest Tag Team, Shelton Benjamin. Grisham asked Benjamin how he was feeling heading into his first match back since being knocked out by Paul London’s Mushroom Stomp at WrestleMania...
“Grisham, Don’t worry about me! It hurts more not being one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions, me and Charlie have now had enough were sick and tired of getting so close only to fall at the final hurdle… we aint called World’s Greatest Tag Team because we think it’s cute it’s because we believe that we are the best in the world. Failure is no longer and option… it should never have been an option in the first place but we accepted it BUT not anymore! Were going to take out our competition and it seems for some reason Paul London and Brian Kendrick are our main competition even though they have never beaten us and right now I’m going to take Paul London out!” (SB)
Match 2.
Tag Team Division
Paul London V Shelton Benjamin
Referee: Nick Patrick. Time Limit: 20 Minutes.
Shelton Benjamin won the match via a disqualification but he could have come away with the victory via a pin fall only if he wasn’t so intent on knocking Paul London out. Benjamin missed a big splash in the corner and turned into a Drop-Sault from London, London sensing victory went up top for his Mushroom Stomp too the back of a bent over Benjamin’s head but Benjamin avoided London’s Stomp and smacked London in the back of the head with a feliner kick London face first hit the mat hard but Benjamin never went for the cover he leaned back in the turnbuckle with a smile on his face before pulling down his knee pad but before Benjamin could drop his unprotected knee to the back of London’s head… Brian Kendrick ran down the ramp slid into the ring and tackled Benjamin to the mat causing the disqualification.Tag Team Division

Charlie Haas was now out also checking on his partner Shelton Benjamin before escorting Benjamin back up the ramp. Paul London was now back to a knee but holding the back of his head but he seemed to be ok as Patrick and Brian Kendrick checked over him.
WWE United States Champion Rob Van Dam was shown back in his locker room stretching ahead of his Main Event tonight against Carlito…

“Still to come folks tonight WWE Cruiserweight Champion the amazing ‘Master of the 6.1.9’ Rey Mysterio will be here but right now it was time to welcome the newest member of the WWE Cruiserweight Division” (JR)
WWE Ring Announcer Lillian Garcia was now standing centre ring with a microphone to her mouth and she asked the WWE fans to welcome… TAJIRI!!
Tajiri stepped out on the stage to a respectful ovation from the fans in attendance Tajiri wearing all black made his way down the ramp waving and shaking hands with the fans. Tajiri made his way into the ring where he bowed to the fans on all four sides of the ring…
“J’R it’s been confirmed that at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Tajiri will make his in ring debut, I can’t wait” (JL)

Saturday 19th April 2008: Superstars: N0.1 Contenders Match: Fatal Four Way: Paul Burchill V Cody Rhodes V Primo Colon V Colt Cabana/Ted DiBiase…
“Over the weekend WWE Reporter Joey Styles caught up with 3rd Generation Superstar Ted DiBiase ahead of tonight’s Qualifying match against Colt Cabana and this is what DiBiase had to say” (JR)
Ted DiBiase was shown sitting in a chair with a serious look on his face staring right into the camera waiting for the green light from Joey Styles too speak and get what ever he had on his chest off…
“I am a third generation Superstar! My Grandfather is ‘Iron’ Mike DiBiase and my Father is the ‘Million Dollar Man’ Ted DiBiase… My family love this business, I love this business but this business hasn’t been so kind to us! My Grandfather died in the middle of the ring and my Father the greatest wrestler to never be Heavyweight Champion suffered a career ending back injury… This business owes the DiBiase’s and I’m going to make sure I collect by one day becoming the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and that for me is priceless!” (TD)
Ted DiBiase just stared into the camera after he had finished talking it seemed as if DiBiase may have had a tear in his eye it was clear that everything Ted DiBiase just said came right from the heart…
Match 3.
Heavyweight Division
Colt Cabana V Ted DiBiase
Referee: Jim Korderas. Time Limit: 20 Minutes.
Ted DiBiase became the last man to advance to the Fatal Four Way on Superstars but he had to come back from the brink of defeat to score the victory Cabana came really close to beating DiBiase on a number of occasions the closest after a top rope missile drop kick but in the end Cabana set DiBiase up for his flying assh*le but DiBiase put on the breaks and locked Cabana in the Million Dollar Dream but as Cabana was fading DiBiase planted him with an uranage which was enough for the victory.Heavyweight Division

Referee Korderas was checking on Colt Cabana, DiBiase was now on his feet and he made his way up behind Cabana but DiBiase leaned down grabbed Cabana under the arm and pulled him to his feet showing some class. Cabana and DiBiase stared at one another for a second until Cabana gave DiBiase a thumbs up and congratulated him on his victory…
Ted DiBiase rolled out of the ring and made his way up the ramp but stopped half way up and motioned for the WWE Intercontinental Championship…
“KENNEDY… …Kennedy!!”
WWE Intercontinental Champion Mr. Kennedy’s music interrupted Ted DiBiase’s celebration, DiBiase turned to see Mr. Kennedy step out on to the stage Title over his shoulder and microphone in hand. Kennedy and DiBiase stood face to face on the ramp DiBiase looking ready for a fight but Kennedy who had gum in his mouth was just smirking at smacking his lips in DiBiase’s face before lifting the Intercontinental Title above his head and microphone to his mouth…
“MR… …KENNEDY… …Kennedy!!”
Mr. Kennedy looked into the centrepiece of the WWE Intercontinental Championship before holding the Championship beside Ted DiBiase’s face; DiBiase never took his eyes of Kennedy as Kennedy looked DiBiase up and down laughed at himself before backing back up the ramp.

Sunday 6th April 2008: WWE WrestleMania: WWE Cruiserweight Championship: © Rey Mysterio beat Gregory Helms…
“BOOYAKA… BOOYAKA… …6.1.9… …BOOYAKA… BOOYAKA!”
Fans were on their feet as WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rey Mysterio stepped out on to the stage in his black mask with a black 6.1.9 vest; Mysterio walked to both sides of the stage raised his Championship high above his head as fireworks shot out towards the crowd. Mysterio made his way down the ramp slapping hands with some fans while going head to head with young kids that were leaning over the security wall wearing Rey Mysterio masks. After entering the ring climbing one of the turnbuckles making the sign of the cross, pointing to heaven Mysterio asked for a microphone from Lillian Garcia…
Rey Mysterio walked around the ring with his Title proudly resting over his shoulder taking in the applause and cheers from the fans…
“Wow it’s hot in here tonight folks! Woo… Ok let me get to the point off why I came out here tonight, there’s a couple of things I wana get of me chest the first being WrestleMania… Let me tell you all WrestleMania was off the hook and it was a great honour to defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in front off the world. Me and Gregory Helms went out there and we put everything on the line for the right to become the Champion for the most part… Sorry Gregory but I agree with what everyone else has being saying the end of our match you lost your heart your fight, Gregory you gave up on yourself and your chance to become the WWE Cruiserweight Champion and believe me there was no way I was going to let you off easily. Helms’ it’s a shame you quit on yourself because we were on our way to having a classic and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth but it’s time to move on” (RM)
“WWE Management have given twelve Cruiserweight’s the chance to earn the right to face the WWE Cruiserweight Champion in August at SummerSlam with this Survival of the Fittest and I know no one else in the Cruiserweight Division will give up on their dream of becoming the WWE Cruiserweight Champion isn’t that right Tajiri”
Rey Mysterio turned to face Tajiri who was standing up in the front row listening to everything Mysterio had to say…
“I know you wouldn’t give up Tajiri, I know Jerry Lynn, Chavo Guerrero… James Gibson, Super Crazy wouldn’t give up on the chance to become the Champion and come SummerSlam I look forward to facing who ever is victorious at King of the Ring (looking back at Tajiri) and if it’s you Tajiri then I look forward to the new challenge that’s put in front off me”
Fans on their feet vocally supporting the thought of Rey Mysterio defending his Championship against Tajiri as Mysterio stepped back into the centre of the ring…
“Speaking of new challenges this Friday on Smack Down I will face the first Cruiserweight graduate from WWE Development his name is Evan Bourne! I have seen some of Evan in action but before I had I had heard many great things about this young man let me tell you something this man has got it, he floats through the air defies gravity and the man hits the Shooting Star Press better than anyone he has ever seen! Let me tell you all something Evan Bourne’s going to impress you all hey he’s even been compared to yours truly”
Mysterio chuckled to himself, fixed his mask and looked down at his WWE Cruiserweight Championship…
“But you see there’s one thing that separates me from everybody else and that’s this the WWE Cruiserweight Championship and new challenge or old challenges boys this Championship aint going know where so folks get ready to see a lot more… …6…1…9’s!! (RM)
Rey Mysterio dropped the microphone climbed up to the middle turnbuckle and raised his WWE Cruiserweight Championship high above his head as the fans were on their feet for Mysterio as he posed with his Championship. Mysterio made his way round ringside slapping hands with the fans before starting to make his way back up the ramp…
