World Championship Wrestling Alliance has secured a new, one hour, program to be broadcast weekly and nationally on the Versus network. Versus is very excited to work with World Championship Wrestling Alliance, and WCWA thinks it can present a product that not only fits the image that Versus presents as a network, but help the network and WCWA together.
The new program, Revolution, will be taped prior to the live Synthetic, and shown Sunday nights from 6 PM to 7 PM.
MAIN EVENT
Non-title Match
Jack Evans
versus
Chuck Taylor
WCWA International champion Chuck Taylor does battle with WCWA World Junior Heavyweight champion Jack Evans. Neither title will be on the line, but this match will certainly have future title reprecussions, as Taylor, who competes with the Heavyweights, is within the Junior heavyweight weight limit and Evans, the reigning Junior Heavyweight champion, has proven multiple times he can "hang" with the Heavyweights. This one should be one for the ages, and a great way to kick off the brand new program.
One on One Match
Beef Wellington
versus
Darin Corbin
After losing the World Television championship at HURT to Marty Jannetty, Beef Wellington demanded a shot at another belt. Unforunately for Beef, he didn't get a title match, but rather a shot at Darin Corbin, who enters with an electronic belt. Joey Eastman Worldwide representatives say Darin Corbin's belt will NOT be on the line, because Beef Wellington does not wash his hands after using the restroom. Beef declines to comment.
Ménage Et Trois First Round match
Mickie Knuckles
versus
LuFisto
versus
SeXXXy Eddy
When just the namesake for Ménage Et Trois was announced, the immediate thought was sexual, then the after thought was two girls and one guy. If this match does not fit that name sake, nothing will. "The Triple X Sex Express" SeXXXy Eddy has been paired with two girls who are certainly no strangers to each other.. Mickie Knuckles and LuFisto. Has Eddy gotten himself in too deep this time?
One on One match
Lance Storm
versus
Ricochet
The very first wrestler you will see on the debut episode of Revolution will be the newest WCWA star, Lance Storm, as he does battle with WCWA newcomer Ricochet, in what should be a phenominal clash of styles.
