Super Happy Wrestling
Municipal Armoury, Sheboygan, WI
27/08/87
Show starts with Marty Janetty in the ring.
Janetty: Guess I should tell you why I’m out here. Been awhile since I’ve stepped foot in a Super Happy Wrestling ring. You’ve all read about the various twists & turns my life has taken, so there’s no need to fill you in on details. If I could take this chance, I’d like to publicly apologize to my family, the crew & you the fans. I’ve let a lot of people down & that list could go on & on to include my tag team partner, the car rental place, motels, the guy who asked for directions before I was kinda short to. I’m getting help now & while it’s gonna take more than that, I’m as determined as ever not to let another last final chance slip by.
Bobby Heenan vs. Crowbar
Lee Marshall: First match tonight features two established stars, Bobby Heenan & Crowbar.
“The Crippler” Ray Stevens: Good quality match
Marshall: Heenan has control early with a Fujiwara takedown. Wakigatame. Heenan looks for a quick kill with a Uraken. Counter by Crowbar. Suichoku rakka shiki no Brainbuster. Hizajujigatame
Crippler: Excuse you.
Marshall: Jujigatame, Udehishigigyakujujigatame. Uurhhdehishigigyakujujigatame. Sorry clearing my throat. Heenan takes this match with an unidentified move.
Winner – Bobby Heenan
Interview – Nick Bockwinkel
Marshall: Nick Bockwinkel joins us now for a brief run down on the Super Happy Wrestling title picture.
Bockwinkel: Thanks Lee. Bundy successfully defended the Interim Super Terrific Happy Super Heavyweight title, by defeating Sgt Parker on last week’s show. Super Happy Wrestling is now considering vacating the title & having Bundy declared Super Interim Super Terrific Happy Super Heavyweight champion. In this case a tournament would be held to determine a new champion, with the winner awarded a title match against Bundy within 6 months. Should a match not take place within this time, it would result in either Bundy being stripped of his title or having the challenger declared Interim Super Interim Super Terrific Happy Super Heavyweight champion.
Main Event – Handicap Match: Warlord & Bobby Eaton vs. Gillberg
Marshall: Warlord in first. Hard kick to mid section. Strong clothesline. Running powerslam. Eaton tags in & hits a knee drop. Superplex. Warlord tags back in & applies a full nelson…
Winners by Count-out - Warlord & Bobby Eaton
